“Production companies enjoy the creativity of music videos, but it is a precarious business in terms of risk and reward. For production companies to be able to make videos, they need a contract that clearly sets out the rights and obligations of both parties. In addition, an acknowledgment in which where production companies invest in videos, they should share in such additional upside it generates.
